Sensei Tony Foster asked the children which part of his body they would like him to use to break a board -- they picked his elbow.

Steve Mitakidis shows that even a wrist is a formidable striking tool.

Hubert Border uses a spinning-wheel kick on a board held at face height by Brad Reed. There was a large knot in the corner of the board, where Brad was holding it. You can see the knot in mid-air (center).

John Ng's reverse-punch powers through this board, held by Mr Border.

The highlight of the class was this running, leaping side-kick performed by Brad Reed. A great way to end our last class of the millenium.
